Become a tutor: teach Maths, Physical Sciences or Life Sciences online
Adventuity runs live online lessons for Grade 10–12 learners across South Africa, with a focus on matric. We are looking for tutors who can explain Mathematics, Physical Sciences or Life Sciences clearly, one-on-one or in small groups.
Who we’re looking for
Tutors who know CAPS Mathematics, Physical Sciences (Physics, Chemistry) or Life Sciences well – for Grade 12 (NSC) and also for Grades 10 and 11. If you teach another subject, tell us in your application.
The work
Lessons are online – video, screen share and a whiteboard – one-on-one or in small groups. Afternoons and Saturdays are when learners book most. We discuss rates and hours at the interview.
What you need
- A qualification or studies in a related field
- A laptop and a stable internet connection
- Clear explanations that a learner can follow step by step
